is was very good.
the directions were tough because of the walking directions. It was a struggle. the website should advise that from piazzale roma to take the water taxi 9line 1) to station San Stae. Then you have arrived. It was an epic struggle. The hotel is a sim-ple walk straight from the station San Stae. The coffee maker had too much calcium deposits.

Very Good
Our host Claudio was fabulous. We arrived very late into Venice (1.30am) and he sent really clear Iinstructions on how we could so self check in. The location was great, close to S.Stae water bus station, therefore easy to access with bags. A few great local cafes and restaurants. It was an easy walk into Rialto and tourist area, but far enough away to avoid the summer crowds.
